Notes :

The inside diameters listed are nominal dimensions. Actual inside dimensions may vary slightly due to housing and liner tolerances. 

All liners are extruded to dimensions which are proprietory and tolerance on liner wall thickness will be +/- 0.0l5" max for PTFE and +/-  0.005" for PP and PVDF. 

Minimum liner thickness at the flare face shall be 80% of minimum liner wall thickness. 

For PTFE lined pipes of sizes 150 NB and above, factory should be consulted for selection of Iiner with optimum thickness which would be most ideal for pipes to operate under partial/ full vacuum conditions.
