Processing Polymers such as PFA/FEP by injection moulding is extremely critical as the process requires close monitoring with controlled heating and cooling of the assemblies during the entire moulding stage.

For this reason Horizon had set up in the very beginning a full fledged in-house facility comprising of equipments for pre-heating the Cast Housings and lining the same using a semi-automatic special purpose injection moulding machine with transfer system where injection & transfer of plasticised material is done  under ISO THERMAL condition. This facility is unique and the only one of its kind in India and has its own advantages over the conventional method of lining where Transfer Moulding System are used.
